The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing services, events, offers, and guest experiences through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create high-quality photos, videos, Reels, Stories and promotional content.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Promote services, events, special offers and packages.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages and online enquiries.
• Grow followers, engagement and brand awareness.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Keep up with social media trends and develop creative ideas to promote the brand.
• Work closely with management and other departments to create marketing content.

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
• Strong photography and video creation/editing skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic-design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and social media analytics is an added advantage.
